Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited is investing Rs. 50 crore in Q3 FY26 to expand its manufacturing capacity by 30,000 Metric Tonne Per Annum (MTPA).
As per the company’s expansion plan, Ddev Plastiks will increase manufacturing capacity of Halogen-Free Flame Retardant (HFFR) compound by adding 5,000 MTPA of capacity by the end of Q3 FY26. The company also shared that it has successfully commissioned 15,000 MTPA of PVC compound manufacturing during Q3 of FY26 till now, and that it will add another 10,000 MTPA of PVC compound manufacturing by the end of the quarter. As per the company, manufacturing capacity addition for Cross-Linked PolyEthylene (XLPE) has also been proposed. However, Ddev Plastiks has not specified the details of this expansion yet.
The company will fund this capacity expansion through its internal accruals. Ddev Plastiks mentioned in official stock filing that this capacity additions will cater to the growing demand. As per the company, “HFFR is expected to replace PVC house wiring cables, and the Government has mandated its use in Malls/ Metro Stations/ Hospitals/ Schools/ Other Public Areas”.
This Investment is part of the company’s Rs. 110 crore capital expenditure plan for FY26, which was announced in August 2025. This expansion is a step by Ddev Plastiks to realise its target of almost doubling its revenue to Rs. 5,000 crore by 2030 from Rs. 2,603.32 crore in FY25.
