Ankush Malik Juniper Green Energy’s New CEO

Juniper Green Energy has appointed Mr. Ankush Malik as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Juniper Green’s new CEO completed graduation in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi in 2007. Later in 2011, he earned postgraduate diploma in Finance from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow.

Mr. Malik joined Lanco as Senior Design Engineer (Hydro division) in 2007 and worked there for 2 years. In 2011, he joined ICICI Bank as Manager (Project Finance Group) and served the position for 7 months. Later, Mr. Malik started working at Orange Renewable Power as Manager (Finance & Investment Analysis) and worked there for 1 year and 9 months. He then worked at Orange Powergen Pvt. Ltd. for 10 months before re-joining Orange Renewable as its Vice President (Development & Execution ) in 2014. He was promoted to Orange Renewable’s Chief Operating Officer in 2018 and served the position for 2 months. In 2018, Orange Renewable was acquired by Greenko.

Mr. Malik joined Juniper Green in 2018 as its Chief Business Officer. Before his appointment as the company’s new CEO, Mr. Malik was serving as Juniper Green Energy’s Chief Operating Officer since May 2024.
