Ultracab Q1 FY-25 Financials: Revenue & PAT Double YoY
Ultracab India Ltd. [BOM: 538706], a Gujarat-based manufacturer of wires and cables, has announced its financial results for Q1 of FY-25.
Ultracab’s revenue from operations during Q1 of FY-25 jumped to Rs. 53.69 crore which is 2.05 times the company’s Q1 FY-24 revenue of Rs. 26.22 crore. Correspondingly, Ultracab’s Profit after Tax (PAT) during Q1 of FY-25 stood at Rs. 2.13 crore which is 2.07 times the company’s Q1 FY-24 PAT of Rs. 1.03 crore.
Exhibiting an increase proportional to the company’s PAT, Ultracab’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) grew to Rs. 0.22 during Q1 of FY-25 from Rs. 0.11 in Q1 of FY-24.
On a Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, Ultracab’s revenue jumped by 20.49% from Rs. 44.56 crore earned during Q4 of FY-25. Further, the company PAT also increased by 20.34% from Rs. 1.77 crore in Q4 of FY-24.
Ultracab India’s stock gained 4.62% after the company announced its Q1 FY-25 financial results. The company’s shares were trading at Rs. 15.85 apiece on the next trading day after Ultracab posted its financial results, against Rs. 15.15 apiece on the day of announcement. Volume of share trades of the company peaked at 6,07,000 trades after the company announced its results against 1,84,000 trades on the day of announcement.
