Waaree Energies to Supply 900 MW of Solar Modules to Serentica Renewables India

Waaree Energies Ltd. has been awarded a contract by Serentica Renewables India Private Ltd. to supply 900 MW of solar modules for a project situated in Fatehgarh, Rajasthan.

According to Waaree Energies’ press release dated 1st July 2024, the company will provide N-type Topcon Glass-To-Glass (GTG) Bifacial modules from their Elite series for the project. Each of these solar modules will have a power generation capacity ranging from 680 Watt-peak (Wp) to 690Wp. The company will be responsible for manufacturing, testing, packaging, and transporting these solar PV modules.

Delivery of these Top-Con bifacial modules is scheduled to begin in August 2024 and to be complete by February 2025.
