Vikram Solar Wins 378.75 MW Solar Module Order
Kolkata-based solar module manufacturer, Vikram Solar Limited, has secured an order to supplying 378.75 MW of solar power modules to Indian Oil NTPC Green Energy Private Limited (INGEL). Indian Oil NTPC Green is a Joint Venture (JV) between Indian Oil Corporation Limited and NTPC Green Energy Limited.
Scope of work in this order includes supplying advanced N-TOPCon solar modules to Indian Oil NTPC Green. These modules will be deployed near Nakhatrana in the Kutch district of Gujarat as part of the 600 MW solar project of INGEL. Vikram Solar is expected to commence delivery of these modules in this financial year (FY26).
Commenting on this order win, Mr. Gyanesh Chaudhary, Chairman & Managing Director, Vikram Solar, said, “This order marks an important milestone for Vikram Solar as we commence our first engagement with INGEL on a large-scale, strategically significant project in Gujarat”.
Apart from this, few days ago, Vikram Solar also signed an agreement to procure 2 GW of solar power cells, valued at Rs. 2,000 crore, from Jupiter International Limited.
