UP Telelinks Ltd Director Shoots Colleagues in Board Meeting
The Greater Noida office of U.P. Telelinks Limited, a manufacturer of wire harnesses, cable assemblies and battery operated vehicles turned into a sad crime scene on 12th March afternoon.
Pradeep Aggarwal, a director of the firm fired at co-director Naresh Gupta and at Rakesh Jain another director during a board meeting held at Badalpur office on the Greater Noida-Ghaziabad border. It appears that Pradeep Aggarwal later shot himself. Pradeep Aggarwal and Naresh Gupta are dead, where as Rakesh Jain is admitted to hospital and battling for life.
As per the preliminary investigation by the police, the issue was over a recent Rs 17-crore transaction and the meeting had been called to apparently settle the same by Pradeep Aggarwal.
UP Telelinks Limited was incorporated in 1984 and has two manufacturing units located at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.
