Tender Floated for Sewage Treatment Plants in Meerut, UP

Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam has floated a tender for developing a sewage treatment plant along with associated infrastructure in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh on design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) mode for a period of 15 years.

Estimated cost of the project is ₹ 363.78 core and time line for project completion is 24 months. The STP project shall be executed under Namami Gange Programme.

Scope of work for this Meerut STP tender involves development of 220 million litres per day (MLD) STP along with construction of two interception and diversion structures, staff quarters and diversion of treated water from STP.
