Rajesh Power Services Secures Rs. 278 Cr. of T&D Orders

Rajesh Power Services Limited has secured Transmission and Distribution (T&D) orders collectively amounting to Rs. 277.62 crore in Gujarat.

Aforementioned orders include those from Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL) amounting to a total of Rs. 182.62 crore. Scope of work under these projects includes the conversion of the existing 11 KV High Tension (HT) network into underground cable systems under the System Improvement (SI) scheme in the jurisdictions of Mehmedabad, Anand, Petlad, and Nadiad within MGVCL. Thse orders have a completion period of 12 months.

In addition to this, Rajesh Power Services has also won orders from a private firm for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 400 KV/33 KV and 66 KV/33 KV Gas Insulated Substations (GIS) in Gujarat. These projects, estimated at Rs. 95 crore, are also expected to be executed within a period of 12 months. However, Rajesh Power Services has not disclosed the identity of the company from which it has received these orders.

Commenting on these order wins, Mr. Kurang Panchal, Managing Director, Rajesh Power Services, said, “With the award of a 400KV/33KV & 66KV/33KV GIS project in Gujarat, we have successfully entered the 400 KV GIS domain”.
