Paramount Communications Limited [NSE: PARACABLES, BOM: 530555], a Delhi-based cable manufacturing company, has announced its financials for Q3 of FY-25.
Paramount Communications’ Q3 FY-25 Consolidated Revenue Breakdown
Paramount Communications generated 62.5% of its consolidated Q3 FY-25 revenue from domestic operations which is Rs. 245.34 crore and the remaining 37.4% of revenue from exports which was 146.30 crore.
Apart from exports, the company generated 47.9% of its total consolidated Q3 FY-25 revenue through the sales of power cables. Further, sale of railway cables contributed 5.8% to the company’s total Q3 FY-25 revenue. The remaining 8.9% of the total revenue was contributed by sale of house wires, telecom cables, and pipes.
Paramount’s order book stood at Rs. 620.26 crore as of 31st December 2024.

The company’s Q3 PAT showed a minimal growth of 2.59% YoY to Rs. 22.60 crore in FY-25 from Rs. 22.03 crore in FY-24.

Paramount Communications’ share price slumped by 3.05% one day after the announcement of its Q3 FY-25 financial results as compared to the share price on the day of announcement, i-e on 6th February 2025. The company’s share price was Rs. 69.81 apiece on the day of announcement of its financials and Rs. 67.68 apiece after the announcement of the company’s financial results.
Paramount Communications’ Upcoming Cables Manufacturing Plant in MP
Paramount Communications mentioned in its earnings release that the company is setting up a cable manufacturing plant in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh. MP Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) has allocated 30 acres of land for this project. The company’s management said, “In line with industry projections, we are well-positioned to capitalize on the expected growth in the cables and wires sector, which is forecasted to expand at a CAGR of 12% to 13% between FY23 and FY27”.
