Paramount Communications reported a standalone revenue of Rs. 313.32 crore during Q1 of FY-25. The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) during Q1 of FY-25 stood at Rs. 25.18 crore. Further, Paramount Communications recorded its Earnings Per Share (EPS) as Rs. 0.83 during Q1 of FY-25.

Paramount Communications recorded a consolidated revenue of Rs. 321.06 crore from operations during Q1 of FY-25 against Rs. 210.54 crore logged for Q1 of FY-24. This YoY jump in revenue showed a staggering growth of 52.49%.
Following suit, PAT of the company increased remarkably by 74.12% to Rs. 25.30 crore during Q1 of FY-25 from Rs. 14.53 crore PAT in Q1 of FY-24.

Moreover, EPS of the company jumped to Rs. 0.83 during Q1 of FY-25 from Rs. 0.72 during Q1 of FY-24.
QoQ Comparison of Paramount Communications’ Financial Performance: Q1 FY-25 vs. Q4 FY-24
On Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, the company’s revenue from operations during Q1 FY-25 remained almost same by showing a decrease of 0.71% from Rs. 323.37 crore earned during Q4 of FY-24.
Paramount Communications’ PAT in Q1 of FY-25 decreased by 14.21% from Rs. 29.49 crore PAT during Q4 of FY-24.

Wire and Cables: Paramount Communications generated a revenue of Rs. 313.32 crore from this segment during Q1 of FY-25 against Rs. 210.54 crore generated during Q1 of FY-24. This represents a significant YoY growth of 48.82% in the company’s segmental revenue.

Pipes: In the second quarter of FY-24, Paramount ventured into High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes business following its acquisition of Valens Technologies in August 2023.
During Q1 of FY-25, the company’s revenue from its Pipes segment decreased by 34.15% to Rs. 8.31 crore from Rs. 12.62 crore earned during Q4 of FY-24.

Paramount Communications mentioned in its investor presentation for Q1 of FY-25 that the company’s order book stands at Rs. 555.8 crore as on 30th June 2024.
