Specifications of Panasonic’s Newly Launched Solar Kits
Panasonic Life Solutions’ solar kit includes solar modules, inverters, and a mobile app-based energy monitoring system which will be used for maintenance and installation of the kits.
These residential solar kits were first announced by Panasonic in April 2023.
Panasonic Life Solutions’ solar kits are certified by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
Commenting on this launch, Amit Barve, Business Unit Head – Solar, Panasonic, said, “We have accumulated significant consumer data over the years about the need for an end-to-end branded solar solution in the residential arena; our goal is to be the trusted partner throughout the consumer’s solar journey with the solar residential kits”. He further added that Panasonic has installed more than 50 projects, collectively more than 100 MWp of agro-voltaic, ground mount, and roof solar installations.
Panasonic Life Solutions plans to install 3 MW of solar kits this year.
Panasonic’s Solar Kits to be Distributed Locally in Maharashtra
Earlier in April 2023, when Panasonic had announced the launch of residential solar kits, Mr. Barve had said that Maharashtra’s high potential for solarisation on pilot basis was the reason that the company launched these kits in Pune and Nashik.
The solar kits will be made available to users through distribution network and will be distributed by local distributors.
