Electric 2-Wheeler Maker One Moto to Invest 250 Cr in Telangana
Electric two-wheeler manufacturer One Moto India on 3rd January 2022 announced that it will invest ₹ 250 crore for setting up a 2-wheeler manufacturing unit in Telangana.
One Moto signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Telangana Government to set up a new facility in the outskirts of Hyderabad.
This Hyderabad EV manufacturing plant will be spread across 15 acres of land. One Moto stated that it will be manufacturing 40,000 units of EV two-wheelers in the first phase, and capacity will be taken up to 1 lakh units in 2 years.
