Madhya Pradesh Cabinet has approved 404 Km Atal Pragati Path, an expressway project being implemented under the Bharatmala project. This expressway shall be connecting Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.
It will be developed by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
A section of 313 Km of the proposed Atal Pragati Path will pass through Sheopur, Morena and Bhind districts of Madhya Pradesh.
In a virtual cabinet meeting chaired by MP’s Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on 5th October 2021 it was informed that land for the expressway will be made available by the state.
