L&T Energy Wins Order Worth 1,000 to 2,500 Cr. from ONGC

Larsen &Tuobro Energy’s Hydrocarbon division (LTEH) has secured an order from ONGC for phase-8 of Pipeline Replacement Project (PRP VIII Group B) off the west coast of India. The total value of this contract ranges between Rs. 1,000 crore to Rs. 2,500 crore.

Scope of work in this order includes Engineering, Procurement, Construction, installation, and commissioning of 129-Km of undersea pipelines, along with associated modification works across ONGC’s offshore fields along India’s west coast.

Commenting on this order win, Mr Subramanian Sarma, Whole-time Director & President – Energy, L&T, said “This order reflects ONGC’s continued confidence in L&T, and this emanates from our track record of successfully delivering complex offshore projects”.
