On consolidated basis, the company earned a revenue of Rs. 2,590.32 crore during opening quarter of FY26 against Rs. 2,065.02 crore in Q1 of FY25. These numbers showed a remarkable Year-over-Year (YoY) growth of 25.44% in the company’s consolidated Q1 FY26 revenue. Echoing this upward trend, KEI Industries’ quarterly PAT also jumped by 30.28% to Rs. 195.75 crore during Q1 FY26 from Rs. 150.25 crore reported for Q1 FY25.

Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the company were Rs. 20.49 in Q1 FY26 as compared to Rs. 16.65 during Q1 FY25.

On Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, the company’s topline was down by 11.13% from Rs. 2,914.79 crore revenue clocked during Q4 of FY25. KEI’s PAT was also slumped by 13.60% from Rs. 226.55 crore PAT during Q4 of FY25.

KEI’s Segment-wise Revenue Comparison: Q1 FY25 vs. Q1 FY26

Cables & Wires: This segment of the company clocked in a revenue of Rs. 2,477.12 crore during Q1 FY26 against Rs. 1,879.89 crore during Q1 FY25, representing a substantial YoY increase of 31.77%.

In its investor presentation, the company reported that KEI earned Rs. 827 crore from domestic B2B sales during Q1 of FY26 compared to Rs. 653 crore in Q1 of FY25, thereby exhibiting 26.62% YoY growth. Out of this, Extra High Voltage (EHV) cable sales was Rs. 116 crore in Q1 of FY26, up from Rs. 79 crore in Q1 of FY25. Further, KEI clocked Rs. 332 crore out of its total Q1 FY26 cable and wire segment revenue from B2B exports, which is 2.21x of its Q1 FY25 B2B exports revenue of Rs. 150 crore. The company also mentioned that Q1 cable and wire sales through its dealer distribution network grew by 22.21% YoY in FY26.

Stainless Steel Wire: KEI Industries reported a revenue of Rs. 52.13 crore from its Stainless Steel Wire business in Q1 of FY26. This reflects a YoY decrease of 3.57% from Rs. 54.06 crore, earned by the company from its Stainless Steel Wire vertical during Q1 of FY25.

As per KEI Industries’ investor presentation, the company generated Rs. 27 crore from export of SS Wire during Q1 of FY26 against Rs. 25 crore in Q1 FY25.

EPC Projects: KEI’s EPC Projects segment quarterly revenue plummeted massively by 56.03% YoY to Rs. 99.41 crore during Q1 of FY26 from Rs. 226.08 crore in Q1 of FY25.

Revenue Breakdown by Product Category for Q1 FY26

KEI mentioned in its investor presentation that the company generated Rs. 1,037 crore from Low Tension (LT) cable sales during Q1 FY26. Sales of House Wires (HW) and Winding Wires (WW) amounted to Rs. 842 crore suring the quarter. Additionally, High Tension (HT) cable sales contributed Rs. 480 crore, while the remaining Rs. 238 crore came from the sales of Extra High Voltage (EHV) cables, stainless steel (SS) wire, and the execution of EPC projects.
