KEI Industries CARE CGR Rating revised to 3+
CARE has Revised KEI’s CGR Rating to 3+
KEI Industries Ltd informed the Stock Exchanges on 7th April 2017 that CARE has revised the Corporate Governance Ratings of KEI from CGR 3 to CGR 3+.
The company’s communication reads “In CARE’s opinion, the Company has adopted corporate governance practices which would provide its stakeholders adequate level of comfort on the degree of corporate governance”.
