KEC International Secures Orders Worth Rs. 2,042 Crore

KEC International Ltd., an Indian EPC major, has secured multiple orders cumulatively worth Rs. 2,042 crore. These orders span the company’s Transmission and Distribution (T&D), civil, railways and cable businesses.

In the T&D segment, KEC has secured orders for laying 380 KV transmission lines in Saudi Arabia, supply of towers in the Middle East, and supply of towers, poles and hardware in the Americas. Orders in Middle East and in Americas were won by KEC’s respective subsidiaries in the regions.

KEC’s Civil business has won orders for water pipeline infrastructure works and data centre infra works in India.

The company’s Railways business has secured orders in India, which include development of Ballast-Less Tracks (BLT) for Metro Rail, and Over-Head Electrification (OHE) projects. Other orders in the railways segment are for composite projects involving track laying and electrical works. These also include orders for Signal and Telecommunication (S&T) works.

In the cable segment, KEC has won orders for various types of cables in India and overseas.
