KEC International Secures Orders Collectively Worth Rs. 1,373 Cr.
KEC International Ltd., an RPG Group company and an Indian EPC major, stated in a press release dated 13th June 2023 that it has secured new orders worth a total of Rs. 1,373 crore. These orders span the company’s Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Railways, Civil, and Cable business segments.
In India, KEC’s T&D business has won an order to develop a 400 KV transmission line and supply towers. In addition, the company has received an order for the delivery of towers in America. Furthermore, KEC’s subsidiary SAE Towers has secured an order for delivery of towers, hardware, and poles across Americas.
Railway business of the company has received domestic orders for 2X25 KV Overhead Electrification (OHE) and other associated works for speed upgradation. Additionally, the business has secured signaling and telecommunication orders for Automatic Block Signaling (ABS) system. ABS controls the movement of trains between segments of the railway line.
Civil business of the company has won orders in commercial and residential business segments in India. Further, KEC’s Cable segment has secured numerous orders in India and abroad.
