KEC International FY26 Results: Revenue Up 9.40%, PAT Rises 6.11%

KEC International Limited [NSE: KEC, BOM: 532714], an Indian EPC major, has reported its financial results for the period of Q4 FY26 and entire FY26.

KEC’s Standalone Financials: Q4 FY26 & FY26

KEC has reported a standalone revenue of Rs. 5,260.02 crore from operations in Q4 FY26 and a corresponding Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 246.57 crore.

Taking entire FY26 into account, the company garnered a standalone revenue of Rs. 19,046.58 crore and a PAT of Rs. Rs. 428.09 crore.

In Q4 of FY26, KEC garnered a consolidated revenue of Rs. 6,389.75 crore, a decrease of 7.02% Year-over-Year (YoY) compared to Q4 FY25’s revenue of Rs. 6,872.12 crore. Meanwhile, comparing Q4 FY26’s PAT of Rs. 192.79 crore with Q4 FY25’s PAT of Rs. 268.19 crore, we can observe a sharp decline of 28.11% YoY.

During the entire FY26, the company clocked a revenue of Rs. 23,505.54 crore, an increase of 9.40% compared to FY25’s revenue of Rs. 21,846.70 crore. Moreover, in FY26, PAT grew by 6.11% to Rs. 605.59 crore from FY25’s PAT of Rs. 570.74 crore.

KEC’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) in Q4 FY26 stood at Rs. 7.24 and at Rs. 22.75 in FY26.

Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) analysis shows an increase of 6.47% in Q4 FY26’s revenue from Q3 FY25’s revenue of Rs. 6,001.35 crore. As for Q4 FY26’s PAT, a strong growth of 51.26% QoQ was observed from Q3 FY26’s PAT of Rs. 127.46 crore.

Transmission & Distribution (T&D): KEC’s Transmission & Distribution segment brought in a revenue of Rs. 4,485 crore in Q4 of FY26, increasing 3.63% YoY from its corresponding quarter in FY25. This segment reported a revenue of Rs. 4,328 crore in Q4 FY25.

Furthermore, for the entire FY26, the segment grew by 23.77% YoY in revenue to Rs. 15,883 crore, up from Rs. 12,833 crore in FY25.

Civil: The company’s Civil segment reported a revenue of Rs. 992 crore in Q4 FY26, declining 15.29% YoY from Rs. 1,171 crore reported in Q4 FY25.

As for entire FY26, the segment’s revenue reduced 14.72% YoY to Rs. 3,823 crore from FY25’s revenue of Rs. 4,483 crore.

Transportation: Transportation segment’s revenue in Q4 FY26 stood at Rs. 309 crore; comparison with Q4 FY25’s revenue of Rs. 681 crore highlights a steep decline of 54.63% YoY.

KEC’s revenue of Rs. 1,555 crore in the entire FY26 from this segment was lower by 26.37% in comparison to FY25’s revenue of Rs. 2,112 crore.

Oil & Gas Pipelines: Coming to Oil & Gas Pipelines business vertical, KEC gathered a revenue of Rs. 69 crore in Q4 of FY26, i.e., 1.43% less YoY than Q4 FY25’s revenue of Rs. 70 crore.

YoY comparison of the segment’s revenue of Rs. 258 crore in entire FY26, a dip of 28.93% can be observed from its corresponding previous year’s revenue of Rs. 363 crore.

Renewables: Among all of the company’s businesses, Renewables business vertical saw a massive drop in revenue compared to Q4 FY25’s revenue of Rs. 361 crore. In Q4 FY26, the segment brought in a revenue of Rs. 68 crore, plummeting 81.16% YoY.

Also, comparing entire FY26’s revenue of Rs. 516 crore, we see a major dip of 39.51% YoY from FY25’s revenue of Rs. 853 crore.

Cables & Conductors: This business segment jumped 26.94% YoY to Rs. 754 crore in Q4 FY26 from Q4 FY25’s revenue of Rs. 594 crore.

Segment’s annual performance showed an increase of 22.83% from FY25’s revenue of Rs. 1,805 crore. The segment reported a revenue of Rs. 2,217 crore in FY26.

Management Insights on FY26 Financials

Speaking on the company’s FY26 performance, Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director (MD) & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), KEC International Ltd. said, “We achieved our highest-ever Revenues, Profitability and Order Intake during the year, despite a challenging operating environment, especially in Q4.” KEC reported an order intake of Rs. 25,280 crore in FY26 and has secured orders of over Rs. 1,000 crore in FY27 till 16th May 2026.

Mentioning the growth in FY26, Mr. Kejriwal added: “The record performance was driven by robust execution in our T&D business”. Notably, apart from KEC’s T&D and Cables & Conductors business verticals, every other segment’s growth has slumped in Q4 FY26 and FY26 as compared to Q4 FY25 and FY25.
