KEC Appoints Former Foreign Secretary of India, Mr. Shringla as Addl. Director

KEC International Limited has appointed Mr. Harsh Vardhan Shringla as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive Independent category. His appointment is effective from 9th August for a term of five years, the company mentioned in its official stock exchange filing.

Mr. Shringla is a former Foreign Secretary of India (2020–22). He also served as Chief Coordinator for India’s G20 Presidency in 2023. He completed his graduation from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.

Mr. Harsh Vardhan Shringla joined the Indian Foreign Service in 1984. In his long career, he has dealt with many important diplomatic matters. He has served as India’s Ambassador to the United States, Bangladesh, and Thailand. Additionally, he represented India at the UN Security Council, UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific and United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
