Kalpataru Projects Wins Orders Worth Rs. 2,720 Cr. in India & Overseas
Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) and its international subsidiaries have won orders collectively worth Rs. 2,720 crore in India and overseas. This information was shared by Kalpataru Projects in its stock filing dated 11th September 2025.
The company’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) business has secured residential building projects in India. Commenting on this order win, Mr. Manish Mohnot, MD & CEO of KPIL, said “We are…enthused by the repeat orders from select private real estate developers, which has further strengthened our order book in the B&F business”.
KPIL, along with its international subsidiaries have secured Transmission & Distribution (T&D) orders in India and abroad. However, Kalpataru’s release has neither specified work details nor location of these orders.
Mr. Mohnot said that with the aforementioned order wins, the company’s Year-to-Date (YTD) order inflow has reached Rs. 12,620 crore. The company had reported YTD order inflow of Rs. 9,899 crore at the end of Q1 of FY26, thus it can be deduced that in Q2 FY26, aforementioned orders are the company’s primary order wins till now.
Interestingly, even though T&D segment usually forms the bulk of KPIL’s consolidated order book by value, recently the company has won more of B&F orders. KPIL’s consolidated order book till 30th June 2025 had T&D orders collectively valued at Rs. 26,725 crore making up its 41%, and Rs. 16,695 crore of B&F orders making up 25%. However at the end of Q1 FY26, 68% of the company’s YTD order intake was formed by B&F order wins and the remaining 32% was formed by T&D orders.
