Jyoti Structures Secures Rs. 639 Cr. Transmission EPC Order
Jyoti Structures Limited (JSL) has secured an Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contract worth Rs. 639 crore for laying transmission lines in India. The company shared this information in its stock filing dated 11th August 2025.
Aforementioned order entails laying of 765 KV and 400 KV transmission lines, however the company has not specified the exact location for these works. Jyoti Structures will be executing this order over a period of 12 to 15 months on turnkey basis.
Jyoti Structures is a leading player in high-voltage transmission infrastructure, specializing in laying of 765 KV and 800 KV AC transmission lines, as well as High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) lines. The company’s portfolio also includes installation of substations. Till date, the company has executed more than 31,000 circuit Kilometer (cKm) of transmission lines and developed 1,800 substation bays of up to 765 KV.
Jyoti Structures has two manufacturing plants in Nashik, Maharashtra, and one plant in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The company also has a tower testing station in Nashik, which also houses Jyoti Structures’ Research and Development (R&D) facility. The company closed Q1 of FY26 with a quarterly consolidated revenue of Rs. 156.16 crore.
