Havells India FY26 Financials: PAT Jumps 14.90%, Revenue up 3.44%

Havells India Limited [NSE: HAVELLS, BOM: 517354], a major Indian manufacturer in the cable & wire and Fast Moving Electric Goods (FMEG) space, has announced its financials for Q4 FY26 and the entire FY26.
Havells’ Standalone Financial Figures: Q4 FY26 & FY26
Havells India reported a standalone revenue of Rs. 6,687.68 crore from operations during Q4 of FY26. The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) during this period stood at Rs. 734.24 crore.
For the entire FY26, Havells reported a standalone topline of Rs. 22,465.58 crore and a PAT of Rs. 1,705.42 crore.

The company recorded a consolidated revenue of Rs. 6,705.20 crore during Q4 of FY26, showing an increase of 2.47% YoY from its Rs. 6,543.56 crore revenue logged in Q4 of FY25. Havells earned a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 723.39 crore for Q4 of FY26, which is up by 39.92% YoY from the company’s profit of Rs. 517 crore for Q4 of FY25.
Considering the entire FY26, the company’s revenue jumped by 3.44% to Rs. 22,527.77 crore from its Rs. 21,778.06 crore revenue which was clocked during FY25. The company reported a PAT of Rs. 1,689.25 crore during FY26 as compared to its FY25 PAT of Rs. 1,470.24 crore. This represents a jump of 14.90% in the company’s profit YoY.
Havells India’s Earning Per Share (EPS) was Rs. 11.52 for Q4 of FY26 and Rs. 26.95 for entire FY26.


QoQ Comparison of Havells Financials: Q3 of FY26 vs. Q4 of FY26
On a Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, Havells India’s revenue increased remarkably by 20% from its Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs. 5,587.89 crore. Echoing this upward trend, the company’s PAT also increased 2.41 times QoQ from its Rs. 300.05 crore PAT earned during Q3 of FY26.
YoY Segment-Wise Revenue Comparison of Havells India

Switchgear: Revenue from Switchgear segment of the company grew by 6.37% to Rs. 735.92 crore during Q4 FY26 from Rs. 691.83 crore in Q4 of FY25.
For FY26, Havells’ revenue from its switchgear vertical stood at Rs. 2,585.66 crore, up by 7.88% from Rs. 2,396.8 crore in FY25.
Cables: The company earned Rs. 2,474.13 crore as revenue during Q4 FY26 from its cables segment against Rs. 2,169.37 crore clocked during Q4 FY25. This represents an increase of 14.05%% on a YoY basis.
For the entire financial year, Havells’ revenue from its cables business was Rs. 8,676.7 crore during FY26, which reflects a 20.78% increase from its Rs. 7,183.63 crore revenue for FY25.
Havells India mentioned in its investor presentation for FY26 financials that the company saw healthy growth in ‘Cables’ segment because of strong growth maintained in the power cables.
Lighting & Fixtures: Havells India earned a revenue of Rs. 448.72 crore from its Lighting & Fixtures segment during Q4 of FY26. This reflects a marginal YoY increase of 1.58% from the company’s 441.72 crore revenue from this segment reported for Q4 of FY25.
For the entire FY26, the company reported Rs. 1,687.87 crore as revenue from this segment, showing a slight increase of 1.02% from Rs. 1,670.77 crore in FY25, showing an almost flat sales.
Electrical Consumer Durables (ECD): Havells’ revenue from this segment decreased YoY by 2.17% to Rs. 975.61 crore in Q4 of FY26 from Rs. 997.26 crore in Q4 of FY25.
Over the entire FY26, revenue from this segment slipped by 3.43% to Rs. 3,876.24 crore against Rs. 4,013.85 crore logged for FY25
As per the company, “Delayed summer onset with unseasonal showers impacted ECD revenues, particularly fans & air coolers”.
Lloyd Consumer: In Q4 of FY26, Havells’ Lloyd segment generated Rs. 1,520.50 crore revenue, marking a decrease of 18.84% from Rs. 1,873.55 crore in Q4 of FY25.
Over the full financial year 2025-26, Lloyd’s revenue slumped by 23.04% to Rs. 3,974.37 crore from Rs. 5,134.08 crore in FY25.
Others: This segment comprises some of Havells India’s other products, such as motors, water pumps, and purifiers.
During the fourth quarter of FY26, Havells generated Rs. 550.32 crore revenue from this segment, marking a 48.80% increase from Rs. 369.83 crore reported in Q4 FY25.
Additionally, for FY26, Havells registered Rs. 1,726.93 crore as consolidated revenue from this segment, representing a healthy growth of 25.24% from the Rs. 1,378.93 crore earned in FY25.
