Havells India Appoints Reshu Madan as President & SBU Head
Havells India Limited has appointed Mr. Reshu Madan as its President & Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Head. This information was shared by the company in its stock exchange filing dated 17th December 2025.
The appointment follows Havells India’s recent announcement of Mr. Manjit Singh Sethi as President of the Cables business.
Mr. Madan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Pune, and an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.
He began his professional journey in 1996 as a Sales Engineer at Encardio Rite Electronics Pvt. Ltd., where he worked for over two years. In 1998, he joined Crompton Greaves as a Territory Sales Manager. He served the company until 2014 in multiple leadership roles, including Marketing Head (Gas Insulated Substation) and Business Unit Head (Engineering Projects Division).
Subsequently, Mr. Madan served as Director at Sudhir Gensets Ltd. from April 2014 to February 2015. In 2018, he joined Sterlite Power as Senior Vice President (Power Cable Business) and later rose to the position of Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer, a role he held prior to joining Havells India.
