Dineshchandra-DMRC JV Wins 947 Cr. Thane Depot Contract for Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train

Dineshchandra R Agrawal Infracon Pvt. Ltd. – Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC)‘s Joint Venture (JV) has won construction contract for Thane depot (Package D-1) of Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) project, commonly known as the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train project. The JV has won this project at an estimated cost of Rs. 947.82 crore.

Scope of work in this project entails design and construction of Thane depot including inspection sheds and maintenance depot. The JV will also be responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance facilities along with other related tasks for package D-1 of MAHSR Bullet Train project.

National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited’s (NHSRCL) tender specified a completion period of 5.5 years (approximately 66 months) for this project.
