In addition to the cable machinery manufacturers, polymer manufacturing companies such as 3R Polymers, Ddev Plastiks, and KLJ Group were also present at the Cable and Wire Fair 2025.

Sarvasv Machinery and Equipments Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of cable and wire machinery, exhibited its Rigid Stranding Machine at the fair. The machine is designed for stranding copper, steel, and aluminium conductors and is used for producing large-size conductors suitable for Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) power cables.

Mr. Amit Kapoor, Director of Sarvasv Machinery and Equipments, said that the machine is manufactured at the company’s Bhiwadi plant. He further mentioned that the company is expanding its facility by adding 45,000 sq. ft. to the existing 60,000 sq. ft. plant area to boost production capacity and foster innovation in design and technology.

Supermac Industries (India) Limited, a manufacturer of wire extrusion lines and rewinding machines, showcased its extrusion solutions for power cables as well as Optical Fibre Cables (OFCs). At the tradeshow, the company’s showcased its extrusion lines capable of producing triple-layer insulation for Sioplas cables (type of XLPE cables) up to 33 KV capacity and are also used for insulation and sheathing of power cables, optical fiber cables, automotive wires, control cables, and building wires.

Supermac operates manufacturing facilities in Manesar and Dharuhera, which are equipped for the production of extrusion machines, control panels, and testing.

Tomer Machines Displays High-Precision Spooler and Stranding Machines

Ghaziabad-based Tomer Machines Private Limited showcased its high-performance spooler and stranding machines at the event.

The stranding machine displayed had a diameter of 630 mm, while the spooler featured a width of 475 mm, enabling efficient and precise wire handling. A spooler is used to wind wire onto spools in an orderly manner, facilitating easy feeding, cutting, and handling during cable production. The company use its spooler machine to manufacture Copper, Aluminum and Steel wires. According to the company, the machine is compatible with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).

The company’s manufacturing units are located in Trans Delhi Signature City and Tronica City industrial areas. Representatives at the company’s stall shared with CableCommunity that Tomer Machines plans to nearly double its current production capacity and enhance automation by developing more Wi-Fi-based, PLC-controlled machines to meet the growing demand for technologically advanced cable production equipment.

Sai Extrumech, a manufacturer of extrusion machines, screws, barrels, and crossheads for cable and wire processing, presented its recently launched Lab Extruder at the Cable and Wire Fair 2025. The Lab Extruder is primarily used for material research, pilot testing, and small-scale production.

The company mentioned that Lab Extruder is ideal for development and testing of new cable materials, small-scale production for specialty cables and quality control in cable manufacturing. The features of the machine include precision temperature and pressure control, compatibility with various polymers such as PVC, XLPE and PE.

Mr. Rajeev Kumar, Sales and Marketing Manager of the company, said that very few companies in India manufacture Lab Extruders. He added that the company plans to expand into polymer manufacturing by the end of FY26, further diversifying its product offerings and strengthening its position in the market.

At the Cable and Wire Fair 2025, Mikrotek Machines showcased its Ultrasonic Die Polishing Machine and Automatic Wire Polishing Machine.

The Ultrasonic Die Polishing Machine employs high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to polish intricate molds and dies, particularly in hard-to-reach areas such as narrow slots and deep channels. Meanwhile, Automatic Wire Polishing Machines are industrial-grade systems designed to smooth and refine wire surfaces by removing imperfections like burrs and oxidation.

Representatives at Mikrotek’s stall told CableCommunity that the company is actively pursuing expansion, which includes doubling its existing capacity for drawing dies to meet growing industry demand.

3R Polymers Expands Capacity and Global Reach

3R Polymers, a major Indian manufacturer and supplier of polymers such as Polyethylene (PE) compounds, PVC compounds, TPE & TPU compounds, also exhibited at the Cable and Wire Fair 2025. These products find applications across industries such as wire and cable, automotive, flexible tubes and pipes, and injection moldings.

During the Cable and Wire Fair 2025, the company showcased PVC compounds, Fire Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) compounds, Heat Resistant (HR) compounds, and plug moulding compounds. The company recently expanded its production capacity to 36,000 Metric Tonnes per annum and commissioned two new production lines for PE-based compounds. 3R Polymers is also strengthening its international presence, focusing on sustainable growth in African and Middle Eastern markets.

Ddev Plastiks Industries, which manufactures PE & PVC compounds, filled compounds, footwear compounds, and pipe compounds, also participated in the 6th edition of Cable & Wire Fair.

Ddev Plastiks is investing Rs. 110 crore as CapEx during FY26. The company is ramping up production of Halogen Free Flame Retardant (HFFR) polymer to 20,000 MTPA by FY27.

The company operates multiple manufacturing plants located in Daman, Silvassa, Dhulagarh, and Surangi, producing a diverse range of products such as PE, PVC, XLPE, and HFFR compounds.

Cable and Wire Fair 2025 overall witnessed good footfall both at the exhibitor stalls as well as the conferences. The exhibitors expressed satisfaction on the opportunity this fair provided for one-to-one interactions with the customers and suppliers. The event highlighted the industry’s strong push toward automation, technology upgrading, and global market expansion.
