Apar’s Q1 FY26 Revenue Jumps 27%, PAT up 30% YoY

Apar Industries Ltd. [NSE: APARINDS, BOM: 532259], one of India’s major conductors, cables & lubricants manufacturers, has published its financial results for the opening quarter of FY26.

Apar Industries reported a standalone revenue of Rs. 4,881.09 crore and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 257.86 crore during Q1 FY26.

On consolidated basis, the company earned a revenue of Rs. 5,104.16 crore during Q1 of FY26 against Rs. 4,010.52 crore in Q1 of FY25. These numbers showed a remarkable Year-over-Year (YoY) growth of 27.27% in the company’s consolidated Q1 FY26 revenue. Echoing this upward trend, Apar Industries’ quarterly PAT also jumped by 29.81% to Rs. 262.91 crore during Q1 FY26 from Rs. 202.54 crore reported for Q1 FY25.

Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the company were Rs. 65.45 in Q1 FY26 as compared to Rs. 50.42 during Q1 FY25.
QoQ Comparison of Apar’s Financials: Q1 FY26 vs. Q4 FY25
On Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, Apar’s revenue from operations slipped by 2.03% from Rs. 5,209.76 crore, which was logged during Q4 of FY25. Contrastingly, the company’s PAT in Q1 FY26 increased by 5.18% from its Q4 FY25 PAT of Rs. 249.97 crore.

Conductors: This segment of the company brought in a revenue of Rs. 2,784.72 crore during Q1 of FY26 against Rs. 1,935.75 crore during Q1 of FY25. These numbers represent a remarkable 43.86% YoY growth.
The company mentioned in its investor presentation for Q1 FY26 financials that in terms of volume, quarterly conductor sales grew by 17.5% YoY to 57,132 MT in Q1 of FY26 from 48,619 MT in Q1 FY25.
Transformer and Speciality Oils: The company’s revenue from Transformer and speciality oils segment almost remained flat, decreasing negligibly by 0.25% to Rs. 1,262.06 crore during Q1 of FY26 from Rs. 1,265.24 crore in Q1 of FY25.
In Q1 of FY26, exports in this segment earned 36.8% of the segmental revenue as compared to 45% exports contribution from Apar’s transformers and speciality oils segment during Q1 FY25.
Power/Telecom Cables: Apar Industries’ revenue from this segment stood at Rs. 1,419.43 crore in Q1 of FY26, representing a YoY increase of 36.25% from company’s Q1 FY25 revenue of Rs. 1,041.76 crore.
The company mentioned a pending order book of Rs. 1,653 crore in this segment.
