Kalpataru Projects Secures Overseas & Domestic Orders Worth Rs. 4,439 Cr.
Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) has secured overseas and domestic orders in its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business with a cumulative total value of Rs. 4,439 crore.
As per KPIL’s press release, of the overseas orders, one order is in Africa for laying 400 KV transmission lines and associated substations, while the other order is a substation project located in Sweden. Whereas in India, the company has won orders for transmission line projects.
However, no information was disclosed regarding names of the companies awarding these orders, and other associated project details.
Commenting on these wins, Mr. Manish Mohnot, Managing Director (MD) & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), KPIL, said, “We are pleased to announce significant order wins from marquee clients within the rapidly expanding Power T&D sector …… With these wins, we have surpassed our annual order intake target of ₹26,000 crores”.
Mr. Mohnot further noted that the company’s major business verticals, namely, T&D and Buildings & Factories (B&F), showed strong growth. Of KPIL’s FY26 Year-to-Date (YTD) order inflows, T&D and B&F segments accounted for nearly 50% and 40%, respectively.
