Jyoti Structures Appoints Mr. Amit Dutta as COO

Jyoti Structures Ltd. (JSL) has recently announced the appointment of Mr. Amit Dutta as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Prior to his appointment as COO at JSL, Mr. Dutta was serving at Transrail Lighting Ltd. as its Sr. Vice President for nearly 7 years (March 2019 to January 2026). As for Mr. Dutta’s association with JSL, it spans nearly three decades, as he joined JSL in 1991 as an Assistant Engineer.

Mr. Dutta has extensive experience of around 36 years in Transmission and Distribution (T&D) sector. JSL states that Mr. Dutta’s experience includes timely and cost-efficient project execution, contract management, and delivering high-voltage and extra-high-voltage transmission projects in domestic and overseas markets. As such, his appointment will prove to be valuable for the company.

Commenting on Mr. Dutta’s appointment, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at JSL, said, “His deep execution experience, long-standing association with Jyoti Structures, and exposure to complex domestic and international projects make him well placed to support disciplined delivery and operational efficiency within our EPC portfolio.”
