Bansal Wire Industries Limited, a manufacturer of stainless steel wires, has announced its financial results for third quarter of FY26.

The company reported a revenue of Rs. 1,029.02 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to Rs. 924.61 crore in Q3 FY25, registering a Year-on-Year (YoY) growth of 11.29%.

Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at Rs. 43.27 crore, up from Rs. 41.68 crore in Q3 FY25, reflecting a YoY increase of 3.81%.

Correspondingly, Earnings Per Share (EPS) improved to Rs. 2.76 in Q3 FY26 from Rs. 2.66 in the same period last year.

Commenting on the performance, Mr. Pranav Bansal, Managing Director & CEO, Bansal Wire Industries, said, Our Q3 and 9M FY26 performance reflects steady execution across operations, reinforcing confidence in Bansal Wire’s robust and well-established operating model and expanding product portfolio”.

Revenue Down While PAT Records Strong QoQ Growth

On a Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) basis, the company’s revenue declined by 2.50% from Rs. 1,055.40 crore reported in Q2 FY26. However, PAT increased by 12.92% compared to Rs. 38.32 crore in the previous quarter, highlighting improved profitability despite a marginal sequential drop in revenue.

Bansal Wire Expansion Announcements and New Products

The company has announced an investment of Rs. 150 crore for the construction of a new stainless steel wire manufacturing facility in Sanand, Gujarat. For this development, the company has acquired 40 acres of land. The company’s upcoming plant in Sanand will have a manufacturing capacity of 90,000 tonnes per annum.

In addition to the upcoming Sanand plant, the company is also planning to expand its manufacturing capacity at its Dadri facility in a phased manner.

Apart from Bansal Wire’s aforementioned expansions, the company’s recent developments include the launch of its new product, Induction Hardened and Tempered (IHT) wire for the automotive industry in October 2025. Additionally, the company also launched Low Relaxation Prestressed Concrete (LRPC) steel strand wire in December 2025.
