Bansal Wire Reports Q1 FY26 Results, Capacity Expansion Plans in Dadri and Sanand

Bansal Wire Industries Ltd. [NSE: BANSALWIRE, BSE: 544209], one of India’s largest Stainless Steel (SS) wire manufacturers, has announced their financial results for Q1 FY26.
Bansal Wire’ Standalone Financials for Q1 FY-26
During Q1 of FY-26, Bansal Wire reported a standalone revenue of Rs. 907.96 crore and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 30.28 crore.

YoY Comparison of Bansal Wire’s Financial Figures: Q1 FY26 vs Q1 FY25

On Year-over-Year (YoY) basis, Bansal Wire’s Q1 FY26 revenue increased by 14.94% to Rs. 939 crore from Rs. 816.92 crore revenue recorded for Q1 of FY25. The company’s PAT increased to Rs. 39.28 crore in Q1 of FY-26 from Rs. 31.51 crore PAT for Q1 of FY-25. This reflects a YoY increase of 24.66% in the company’s profit.

The company’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at Rs. 2.51 during Q1 FY26 against Rs. 2.37 during Q1 FY25.

QoQ Analysis of Bansal Wire’s Financial Figures: Q1 FY26 vs. Q4 FY25
On Quarter-over-Quarter basis (QoQ), the company’s revenue was down by 0.13% from Rs. 940.20 crore earned for Q4 FY25. On the other side, the company’s PAT also followed the upward QoQ trend, increasing by 18.60% from Rs. 33.12 crore clocked during Q4 FY25.
Bansal Wire Plans Capacity Expansion in Dadri and New Facility in Sanand
In its Q1 FY26 investor presentation, Bansal Wire announced plans to expand its manufacturing plant in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. The company targets to scale up production capacity for hose wire, Induction Hardened and Tempered (IHT) wire, and steel cords.
Additionally, Bansal Wire is setting up a backward-integrated steel and wire manufacturing facility in Sanand, Gujarat, with an investment of Rs. 650 crore.
