TARIL Wins USD 16.65 Mn. Export Order for Supplying Transformers

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has secured an export order worth USD 16.65 Million (approximately Rs. 144.16 crore) for supplying transformers to Jindal Energy Botswana Pty Ltd. This information was shared by TARIL in its stock filing dated 20th June 2025.

Scope of work in this order includes manufacturing and supplying of 12 transformers of various types to Jindal Energy Botswana. These transformers are expected to be delivered by FY27.

TARIL’ share price jumped by 3.98% on the day the company announced this order win. The company’s share price rose to Rs. 492.85 apiece on the day TARIL announced this order win from Rs. 474 apiece on the previous trading day.
