KEC International Wins Orders Collectively Worth 1,422 Cr. in India & USA
KEC International Limited has won Transmission & Distribution (T&D) orders collectively worth Rs. 1,422 crore in India and USA. This information was shared by KEC in its stock filing dated 24th July 2024.
KEC International has won orders from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL) for laying 765 KV and 400 KV transmission lines in India.
The company will also supply substation structures in United States of America (USA) as a part of the secured orders.
Commenting on these order wins, Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International Ltd. said “ Our order book in India T&D continues to grow on the back of the prestigious orders secured from PGCIL. We are also encouraged by our largest order for supply of substation structures in the USA”. He further added that with these wins, the company’s Year-to-Date (YTD) order book stands at over Rs. 7,500 crore.
