Vindhya Telelinks clocked a standalone revenue of Rs. 861.99 crore from operations for the quarter ended 30th September 2023.

Standalone Profit After Tax (PAT) of the company was Rs. 32.07 crore for Q2 of FY-24.

Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs. 27.06 for second quarter of FY-24.

Vindhya Telelinks reported Rs. 861.99 crore as its consolidated revenue from operations for Q2 of FY-24. This shows a remarkable 50.45% Year-over-Year (YoY) increase from Rs. 572.93 crore recorded Q2 of FY-23.

Consolidated PAT of the company jumped to Rs. 46.75 crore which is 2.66 times the company’s Q2 FY-23 profit of Rs. 17.54 crore.

EPS of the company was Rs. 39.45 for Q2 of FY-24 against Rs.14.80 during Q2 of FY-23.

QoQ Comparison of Vindhya Telelinks’ Financial Numbers: Q2 FY-24 vs. Q1 FY-24

Quarter-over-Quarter Vindhya Telelinks’ revenue from operations for Q2 of FY-24 increased slightly by 1.31% from Rs. 850.82 crore which was clocked during Q1 of FY-24.

PAT of the company showed a downward trend on a QoQ basis, decreasing by 20.55% from Rs. 58.84 crore during Q1 of FY-24.

Cables: Vindhya Telelinks reported Rs. 150.42 crore as revenue from Cables segment during Q2 FY-24 against Rs. 226.41 crore during Q2 of FY-24. This represents a YoY 33.56% decrease from Q2 FY-23 to Q2 FY-24.

EPC: Vindhya’s EPC business contributed a major part of its total revenue for Q2 of FY-24. The company reported Rs. 719.53 crore revenue from its EPC business for the quarter ended 30th September 2023 against Rs. 400.07 crore during Q2 of FY-23. This shows a YoY increase of 79.85%.

Vindhya’s Share Prices 4% Down After Announcing Q2 FY-24 Results

Vindhya Telelinks’ share prices slumped by 4.86% after the company announced its financial results for Q2 of FY-24.

Further, the volume of trades increased to 2.12 times on the day after the company announced its Q2 FY-24 financials.
