Vindhya Telelinks reported a total income of Rs 370.07 crore for the fourth quarter of 2021-2022. This is a 33.91% decrease from Rs 559.95 crore income during Q4 of the previous fiscal.

YoY comparison of Q4 PAT reveals a decrease of 51.68% to Rs 56.07 crore in FY-22 from Rs 116.04 crore clocked during FY-21.

Speaking of the entire financial year, total income of the company for FY-22 was Rs 1354.96 crore against Rs 1557.37 crore for FY-21. This reflects a 12.99% decrease YoY.

The company’s PAT during FY-22 was Rs 193.28 crore, which is a 28.43% slump from Rs 270.08 crore profit recorded for FY-21.

Vindhya Telelinks’ total revenue for the fourth quarter went up by 19.52% to Rs 370.07 crore from Rs 309.60 crore in Q3 FY-22.

The company’s Profit After Tax also increased by 63.12% to Rs 56.06 crore from Rs 34.37 crore during the period from Q3 to Q4 of FY-22.

Cables: The cables segment of the Vindhya Telelinks’ business contributed Rs 149.87 crore to its Q4 FY22 revenue and Rs 560.25 crore during the entire fiscal FY-22. YoY comparison of Q4 revenue from cable segment shows a 41.56% drop from Rs 256.49 crore recorded for Q4 of FY-21. The comparison of cable segment revenue for the entire year shows an increase of 16.25% in FY-22 from Rs 481.93 crore during FY-21.

QoQ comparison reveals an increase of 53.49% from Rs 97.64 crore registered for the quarter ended 31st December 2021 to the company’s announced Q4 cable revenue figure.

EPC: Vindhya Telelinks’ Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) business contributed Rs 215.70 crore revenue during Q4 of FY-22. In the entire FY-22 fiscal, this segment brought the company a revenue of Rs 859.41 crore. YoY, Q4 revenue from the company’s EPC business fell by 40.91% from Rs 365.06 crore for Q4 of FY-21. For the entire FY22, EPC revenue went down by 22.11% from Rs 1,103.48 crore reported for the year ended 31st March 2021.

From Q3 to Q4 of FY-22, EPC revenue saw a meagre increment of 1.55% from Rs 212.39 crore to Rs 215.70 crore.
