TARIL Wins Orders to Supply Rs. 726 Cr. of Transformers & Bus Reactors

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has secured orders collectively worth Rs. 726 crore for supplying transformers and bus reactors to Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited. This information was shared by TARIL in its stock filing dated 17th March 2025.

Scope of work in these orders for Transformers and Rectifiers (India) includes manufacturing of auto transformers, bus reactors, and supplying them to Gujarat Energy Transmission Corp. TARIL mentioned in its stock filing that these orders are expected to be executed within 18 months from the date of receiving Letter of Intent (LoI).

The company’s share price stood at Rs. 390.20 apiece on the day company announced these order wins against Rs. 421.60 apiece on the next trading day. This shows a massive jump of 8.05% in the company’s share price.

Earlier this month, TARIL has also won orders collectively worth Rs. 350 crore from India and overseas.
