TARIL Appoints Mr. Mehul Shah as its Chief Financial Officer

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has appointed Mr. Mehul Shah as its Chief Financial Officer. The company announced this in its stock filing dated 5th March 2026.

This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Chanchal S. S. Rajora as TARIL’s Chief Financial Officer. However, he will continue in his existing role as Director (Finance) of the company and shall remain designated as Senior Management Personnel.

Mr. Mehul Shah, TARIL’s newly appointed CFO, is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional with over 26 years of experience. He has experience in strategic accounting, financial operations, fund management, budgeting, compliance, taxation, and corporate governance.

Mr. Shah began his career with Nirma Limited as an Assistant Manager in 1999. In 2001, he joined Adani Enterprises as a Deputy Manager. He worked at Adani Enterprises for more than 5 years. Later in 2006, Mr. Shah joined Reliance Logistics Private Limited as Regional Commercial Manager. His first CXO role was at Arvind SmartSpaces Limited in 2012, where he joined as CFO and worked for over seven years. Mr. Shah also served as CFO at Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited and Asian Granito India Ltd.
