Supreme Petrochem to Invest 381 Cr for Expanion of Synthetic Resins Facility
Supreme Petrochem Ltd. (SPL) has planed to expand synthetic resins manufacturing capacity at its facility in Raigarh district of Maharashtra. The plan is to increase the capacity from 3.75 lakh Tpa to 8.35 lakh Tpa. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 381 crore and is likey to generate employment for 90 persons. The project will be implemented in three phases.
It is expected that work on Phase-I is likely to commence by May 2020 and work on Phase-II to commence in July 2020. The project is awaiting environment clearance (EC).
SPL owns and operates state-of-the art production facilities in India. It has two facilities, one at Amdoshi, Wangani Village near Nagothane in District Raigad Maharashtra and the second in New Manali Town near Chennai in Tamil Nadu.
