SJVN Green Energy Floats Tender for Supply of 1.4 GW Solar Modules

SJVN Green Energy Ltd. (SGEL), a subsidiary of SJVN Ltd., will be procuring 1.4 GW of solar modules to be installed in six projects across India, and has floated a tender for potential Photovoltaic (PV) module suppliers.

Scope of work in the tender includes manufacturing and supplying of solar modules for three projects in Gujarat of capacity 376.6 MW, 265.2 MW and 144.9 MW. Apart from these, the modules will be supplied for two solar projects in Maharashtra of 285.6 MW generation capacity each, and a solar project in Bihar of capacity 107.1 MW. Under this tender, each bidder will not be assigned more than 572 MW of capacity. The solar modules are expected to be delivered within 45 days from the date of receiving the Letter of Award (LoA).
