REC Power Floats ISTS Tender to Evacuate 20 GW Renewable Energy from Rajasthan
REC Power Development Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) has floated a tender for the development of an Interstate Transmission System (ISTS) for ‘evacuation of 20 GW of power from Renewable Energy Zones (REZ) in Rajasthan under phase-III, part I’. Successful bidder will be selected through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB).
Scope of work in the tender includes designing, construction, and testing of the aforementioned ISTS system and its associated components, equipment, and systems. A completion period of 42 months has been specified in the tender.
