Ms. Shwetal Basu Joins Polycab India as Senior VP and Head of Brand & Marketing

Polycab India Limited has appointed Ms. Shwetal Basu as Senior Vice President and Head of Brand and Marketing. This information was shared by Ms. Basu via her LinkedIn post dated 30th September 2024.

Ms. Basu completed her B.com in 1999 from H.A. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad. Ms. Basu joined the Marketing department at PepsiCo and worked there for three years. She later joined Tata Communications Ltd. in 2003 as an Assistant Manager (Marketing). Following this, in 2006, she worked as Manager (Marketing) at Zicom for two years and four months. Post Zicom, Ms. Shwetal went on to work at several other companies including HDFC Bank, GIA – Gemological Institute of America, Aditya Birla Retail Limited, and Metro Brands Limited.

Before joining Polycab India as its Senior VP and Head of Brand & Marketing, Ms. Basu was working as Chief Marketing and Communication Officer at Shoppers Stop.
