M&M Signs MoU with Adani Total Energies E-Mobility for EV Charging Infra

Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Adani Total Energies E-Mobility Ltd. (ATEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Total Gas Ltd. for developing Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in India. This information was shared by Mahindra Group in its press release dated 21st March 2024.

The collaboration envisions developing an EV charging network across the country and implementing e-mobility solutions for Mahindra EV-user convenience through digital integration with Mahindra’s Bluesense+ app. This will help Mahindra EV users to discover and navigate to available EV chargers at Adani’s CNG filling outlets on their route through the Bluesense+ app.

Commenting on this partnership, Mr. Veejay Nakra, President of Automotive Division, M&M Ltd. said, “In line with our commitment to enhance customer experience with partner network, we are actively on-boarding multiple partners to broaden the EV ecosystem, driving the adoption of electric vehicles”.

About the signing of this MoU, Mr. Suresh P Manglani, Executive Director & CEO of Adani Total Gas Ltd. said, “This is one more step towards expanding the footprint of Adani Total Gas Ltd in the EV space. The collaboration with M&M for the charging infrastructure will bolster the confidence of customers to embrace EV technology as part of the energy transition”.
