Hindustan Zinc Subsidiary to Set up 2,500 Cr. Greenfield Fertiliser Plant in Rajasthan

Hindustan Zinc Fertilisers (HZF), a subsidiary of Hindustan Zinc Ltd. (HZL) will be investing Rs. 2,500 crore over the next two years to set up a greenfield fertiliser manufacturing unit of 0.5 MMTPA capacity in Rajasthan’s Chanderiya.

This upcoming unit will be mainly involved in the production of phosphatic fertilisers. The HZF unit at Chanderi will also produce crop-specific fertilisers.
