Havells Plans to Set Up New Manufacturing Facilities

Havells India has planned to set up a new facility to manufacture washing machines at Ghiloth, Rajasthan with an estimated investment of Rs. 65 crore. The new plant will have an annual capacity of 3 lakh units.

Havells is also planning to set up a new facility to manufacture of air-conditioners at Sri City, Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh with an estimated investment of Rs 250 crore. The plant will have an annual capacity of 5.6 lakh units. The estimated time-line for completion of this project is 12 to 18 months. The project will be financed through internal accrual/ term loan.
