Godrej & Boyce Secures Orders Worth Rs. 2,000 Cr.
Godrej Electricals & Electronics, an arm of Godrej & Boyce has secured multiple orders collectively worth Rs. 2,000 crore across its Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Railway, and Solar Businesses.
In the T&D segment, the company has secured orders to develop substations of 400 KV and 765 KV in India and a 132 KV substation in Nepal. In addition, an order for the development of a Gas-Insulated Substation (GIS) and laying of underground cable of 220 KV in Mumbai has been secured by the company.
Godrej’s Railway segment has won an order worth Rs. 900 crore from Indian Railways for the development of traction substations and associated work.
In the Solar segment, the company has secured an order to develop 20 MW ground-mounted solar plant in West Bengal.
