For the quarter ended 31st March 2026, Apar Industries reported a topline of Rs. 6,460.98 crore, and corresponding Profit After Tax of Rs. 254.52 crore.

For the entire FY26, the company reported Rs. 21,996.57 crore in standalone revenue and Rs. 973.91 crore in PAT.

Apar Industries’ Q4 revenue from operations grew by 26.74% to Rs. 6,602.81 crore in FY26 from Rs. 5,209.76 crore in FY25. The company’s Q4 PAT increased slightly by 1.38% to Rs. 253.44 crore in FY26 from Rs. 249.99 crore in FY25.

For FY26, Apar Industries reported revenue of Rs. 22,902.12 crore, up 23.25% from Rs. 18,581.21 crore in FY25. As for the company’s annual PAT, Apar clocked Rs. 976.93 crore in FY26, which represents an increase of 18.95% from its FY25 PAT of Rs. 821.30 crore.

Apar Industries’ Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at Rs. 63.09 for Q4 of FY26, and at Rs. 243.21 for FY26.

Conductors: The company earned Rs. 3,764.18 crore as revenue during Q4 of FY26 from its Conductors segment against Rs. 2,898.32 crore clocked during Q4 of FY25. This represents a YoY increase of 29.87% in quarterly segmental revenue.

Apar Industries’ revenue from its Conductors business was Rs. 12,711.95 crore during FY26, reflecting a YoY increase of 32.66% from its Rs. 9,582.01 crore conductors revenue for FY25.

Transformer and speciality oils: During Q4 of FY26, Apar Industries reported a revenue of Rs. 1,310.87 crore from this segment. This marks a YoY increase of 4.86% from the company’s Rs. 1,250.13 crore revenue from this segment during Q4 of FY25.

For the entire FY26, the company recorded Rs. 5,373.07 crore as revenue from this segment, exhibiting an increase of 5.64% from revenue of Rs. 5,086.40 crore during FY25.

Power/ Telecom Cables: The company earned a quarterly revenue of Rs. 1,903.28 crore from this segment during Q4 FY26 against Rs. 1,410.31 crore reported during Q4 FY25. This shows a growth of 34.95% YoY.

For the entire FY26, Apar’s segmental revenue from its Power/ Telecom Cables business stood at Rs. 6,219.51 crore, which is up by 25.78% from Rs. 4,944.70 crore revenue earned from this segment during FY25.

Others: During the fourth quarter of FY26, Apar generated Rs. 53.40 crore revenue from this segment, marking a 37.63% increase from Rs. 38.80 crore reported in Q4 FY25.

Additionally, for FY26, Apar registered Rs. 196.06 crore as consolidated revenue from this segment, representing a healthy growth of 36% from the Rs. 144.16 crore earned in FY25.
