AMP Energy Wins 150 MW Hybrid Project from CESC
AMP Energy India Private Limited has secured a 150 MW solar–wind hybrid project from Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation (CESC) Ltd. The company has won this project through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB).
AMP Energy had quoted a tariff rate of Rs. 3.07 per KWh for this project. Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for this project will be signed for 25 years. AMP Energy’s project will be completed within 24 months from the signing date of PPA.
Earlier in April 2023, AMP Energy had won Solar Energy Corporation of India’s (SECI) auction to develop 1200 MW of hybrid power capacity across India along with ReNEW Power, ACME, and Hero Future Energies.
