KEC International Wins T&D and Cables Orders Worth Rs. 1,079 Cr.

KEC International Limited has secured orders collectively worth Rs. 1,079 crore across its Transmission & Distribition (T&D) and cables segments in India and overseas. The company has shared this information in its press release dated 23rd August 2024.

In T&D segment, KEC International has secured an order for laying 765 KV and 400 KV transmission lines in India. The company has also secured orders for laying 230 KV and 132 KV transmission lines in Saudi Arabia and Oman. KEC International will also be responsible for upgrading an existing 400 KV transmission line in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Apart from transmission lines, the company will also supply towers, hardware and poles in Americas.

Moreover in the cables segment, the company has secured orders for supplying various types of cables in India and overseas.

Commenting of these order wins, Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International Ltd., said “With these orders, our Year-To-Date order intake has surpassed Rs. 8,700 crores, reflecting an impressive growth of approximately 60% compared to last year”.
