Transrail Lighting Wins Orders Worth Rs. 837 Cr. in India and Overseas

Transrail Lighting Limited has secured new orders collectively valued at Rs. 837 crore across domestic and international markets. These orders fall under the company’s Transmission and Distribution (T&D) business segment. With these wins, Transrail Lighting’s FY26 Year-To-Date (YTD) order intake has surpassed Rs. 3,157 crore.

According to an official stock exchange filing dated 21st August 2025, Transrail Lighting has received an EPC order for the laying of a transmission line in India. As per the company, this order has been awarded by a “large and prestigious business conglomerate”. However, the company has not disclosed any further details regarding this contract.

The company has also received an international order for the supply of its products, though specific details of these products have not been disclosed. It must be noted that some of the products in Transrail Lighting’s T&D portfolio include lattice towers, transmission and distribution monopoles, and conductors.

Commenting on these order wins, Mr. Randeep Narang, Managing Director and CEO, said “We received an order from a large international customer for supply of our engineered products owing to our large-scale manufacturing capabilities. With these orders our customer base has expanded and it will meaningfully contribute to our future growth”.
