KP Green Engineering Secures Rs 819 Cr. Orders from BSNL Under 4G Saturation Project

KP Green Engineering Ltd. has received advance work orders collectively worth Rs. 819 crore from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) for telecom infrastructure works.
As per the company, these advanced work orders secured from BSNL, ‘represent the largest order win secured by the company to date’. These works are going to be executed under 4G Saturation Project / Border Out Posts-Border Intelligence Posts (BOP-BIP) at two clusters.
KP Green to Undertake Infrastructure Development for BSNL’s Upcoming 4G Network
Out of the received advance work orders, the first order belongs to Cluster C that encompasses Maharashtra and Goa circles. This order is valued at Rs. 483 crore. On the other hand, the second advance work order belongs to Cluster J include Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh circles, here the order is valued at Rs. 336 crore.
In both of the aforesaid orders, the scope of work involves construction and management of the physical infrastructure for BSNL’s upcoming 4G network across the mentioned regions. The company will supply and erect Ground-Based Towers (GBT) as a part of these orders.
Further, KP Green Engineering will act as an Infrastructure as a Service Provider (IaaSP), which means that the company will supply and install all related items required for the telecom infrastructure.
In addition to infrastructure works and supply of required items, KP Green Engineering will also provide Operation and Maintenance (O&M) for these sites. Here, O&M will be provided for a period of 5 years. This period is extendable by 5 more years following BSNL’s technical specifications and project requirements.
